• To be effective in understanding business problems and architecting solutions, you must demonstrate at least 6 years of technical, business domain and consulting expertise.
• Strategic business and financial acumen, strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, strong communication skills with executives, presentation and negotiation skills across cross-functional teams, spectacular problem solving skills.
• For Technical SAs: Cloud architecture, system design, expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and scalable API management, DevOps & CI/CD, data & analytics, database design, data warehousing, and big data processing frameworks, last but not least important is security & compliance.
• For Pre-sales SAs: All of the above plus a sales mindset and urgency to help win deals.

• Understand business concerns and elicit impactful requirements.
• Translate into scalable enterprise architectures across ERP, CRM, HCM, CPQ, Product Lifecycle Mgmt and other relevant enterprise systems.
• Design and document reference (functional and technical) architectures for multi-cloud and multi-data analytics deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake...).
• Lead architecture governance, security and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to articulate options, ROI and roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales activities with requirements gathering, solution proposals, demonstrations and RFP responses.
• Oversee implementation teams through implementations, integration, data pipelines, API management, microservices, DevOps/CI/CD and data analytics initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with data strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Last but most important, mentor budding architects and engineers.
