| Typical Qualifications or Skills |
- CLM Expertise: Deep understanding of contract structures, opportunity to cash and source to pay business processes, playbooks & policies (sales, legal and procurement) and contract document templates rationalization.
- Technical & Integration Skills: Proficiency in CRM/CPQ/ERP/Integration Middleware systems and data flows to from CLM. Basic programming/scripting skills (like JavaScript, Apex, Java, or C#) which are frequently utilized for custom logic. Proficiency with how CLM tools leverage popular AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot and the like during contract drafting and negotiations.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate legal and risk mitigation requirements into digital solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and management skills to coordinate between Legal, Sales, IT, Procurement and Finance teams.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical/business field.
- Experience: 3+ years of combined experience in solutioning and implementing contract management solutions, enterprise software deployment with integrations, and system architecture.

| Typical Responsibilities |
- System Design & Architecture: Create functional and technical roadmaps, blue prints and designs for deploying CLM software applications, defining system logic, metadata, search and security parameters, on Enterprise platforms such as such as Malbek, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga/Apttus CLM, Ironclad, Sirion and Agiloft).
- Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure the CLM solution communicates seamlessly with existing enterprise software like CRM (Salesforce, Zuora, Zoho, MS Dynamics), CPQ (Conga, Salesforce, Pros, ModelN), Procurement (Coupa, Ariba) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), to realize business transactions end to end.
- Workflow Automation: Configure automated alerts, pre-approved proposal/quote, contract document templates, clause libraries, negotiations playbooks, and electronic signature processes to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex business rules across sales, finance, legal, procurement and IT, into system configurations, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
